I have not visited this office in 1.5 years, but based on my experience, I feel it is important to share my concerns. The staff I interacted with were unprofessional, rude, and lacked sufficient knowledge, with the exception of Ms. Mora. While the office may be adequate for basic services such as lab work or vaccinations, I would not recommend it for establishing long-term primary care. Patients seeking consistent, high-quality care may be better served elsewhere.
I love Dr. Susan Lee and her staff. They are efficient and listen. I've never had an issue with any of my experiences at Rancho Family.
