Long hold time. They billed us for office visits instead of preventative care which we obviously told them it was for physical exam. Don’t go here they just going to get your money. The doctor didn’t even see me and now charging for doctors visit.
Don’t go here! If I could give this office a zero, I absolutely would. They seem to operate on a basis of price gouging, clearly focused on extracting as much money as possible from patients rather than providing genuine care. The moment you hand them an insurance card, they will inflate the bill to exorbitant amounts. For a basic check-up, which included nothing more than measuring my weight, height, and vital signs, I was charged $1,000!
