Last week I visited Rancho Endodontics for a problem my dentist thought might need a root canal. I was in an exam room within 15 minutes. I have difficulty with X-rays, as I gag. The staff was so kind and careful. Quick, with minimal gagging. Then Dr. Roe did a through exam and took the time to thoroughly go over each X-ray and the scan. She said I did not need a root canal and she offered suggestions as to what I might do next to solve my issues (and no, one was not to see a shrink). I had a root canal done by Dr Silverman. You know all those terrible stories you hear about getting a root canal? Not true! At least not at this facility. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure. The doctor and assistant were the nicest, kindest, most accommodating, thoughtful, reassuring, compassionate people you would ever hope to have working on you. I was in and out in 90 minutes and the entire staff was so pleasant. HIGHLY recommend!
Dr. Silberman is one of the most professional and thorough endodontists that you'll ever meet. He is so caring and always puts his patients first. He and his assistant, Jenna, work seamlessly together, both putting you at ease during a not so fun root canal treatment. The entire office and phenomenal staff are amazing! Great experience!
