I signed up for a new insurance and got assigned this one. I was suppose to have my first appointment on oct. 2 and they cancelled it. And then get a letter in mail that they can’t provide dental service for me. Haven’t been to dentist in a year and really wanted my first appointment so I was kinda bummed…
Unfortunately I had a bad experience there today. Got there early and didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment time. Only got seen to take my x-rays and then was left alone in a room in the back and told someone would be with me shortly. 30min later, I'm looking around and only see 1 doctor, two people in dentist chairs, me in the small room, and a bunch of people in the waiting area outside. I asked someone how many people were in front of me. The lady said "two people...um or maybe just one". This just made me gi... read more
Dr Laura is very caring and does a very good job I had a crown done and she did a wonderful job Im very satisfied with how it turned out and I recommend rancho dental the staff is very helpful and friendly thank you for making my smile way better than it was
