I'm Bill Loveless I have lived in Rancho del Rey mobile home pk for 31 years it is the clearest mobile home pk in Galveston county joeann is our property Manager and she is so good at her job and is very very polite to each and every body that she talks with she is so very helpful in every way she can she also keeps our Park clean at all times love her to noend
My boyfriend and I have our RV here the rent is $350.00. Neighbors are pretty quiet for the part… occasionally you’ll have someone trying to blast music after 10pm. Living in an RV you can hear everything.
Joanna, the property manager is the absolute worst person to deal with. Also, the owner that operates that park does not value residency and loyalty. They’re constantly shutting off the water and putting out notices that they’ll be moving trailers because Most residents don’t even wanna live there because of the way that they’re treated. Yes, they may be one of the cheapest Mobile Home, but I wouldn’t recommend.
