Don’t come here if you expect professionalism from any of these STUDENTS. My first mistake was not reading closer to see that this is a practice. Atleast that’s how the nurses I had were acting. I have severe depression and due to that my teeth are pretty terrible, the first dentist to work on my mouth was actually very kind and respectful of my anxiety, I believe it may be the main dentist but I don’t recall his name. Nothing else, but the best experience!!!
I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM. Upon arrival, the office was closed, and there was a sign on the door stating it was closed for lunch from 2-3 PM. We waited until 5 PM, but the door remained shut, and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. It took us a long drive to get there, wasting half a day. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a severe no-show from a medical institution. Extremely disappointing.
Today is 1/12/24 Place is beautiful….. However, who ever the front receptionist at the desk is trapped in her own world that revolves around her. I had a 3pm apt. ant 2:40 and told her I was here for the 3pm and she harshly brushed me off with an attitude, “I know! We’ll get to you.” Like she was irritated by me and I know cause she was just smiling and laughing with her colleagues but when I walked up the tone and facial expressions changed instantly. My wife advised she was treated the same way when she brought my kids. I ... read more
