I’ve lived here going on three years now. Great community and staff. I especially appreciate the maintenance staff- Alex and Vince. First, the maintenance staff is SO responsive. If you submit a request, they always reply that day. But they helped me yesterday by moving an item into my apartment and I couldn’t be more grateful. The best.
Vince from maintenance did a great job installing our new washer in a timely manner when our old one broke!
My review is for Kevin Rivera. He is absolutely amazing. The stress I have been under and looking for an apartment. I had to fill out so many documents and just being very technically challenged. I came in to the office and Kevin was SO patient and wonderful with me. He helped me so much. He is an amazing asset to the company and couldn’t recommend him any more. Thank you Kevin. They are So lucky to have you.
The responsiveness and transparency was poor. The tour guide Kevin stated he would review our application after he ate lunch which showed lack of commitment and ability to be conscientious to applicants after paying applicable fees. The sight was not pleasing during the virtual tour as he displayed haughty behavior constantly showing his arm tattoos more than the visual of the unit.
