Had an issue with the A/C and Angel was very responsive to our emails and sent out Alex who got the job done in only a few days. A/C works great now!

Great place to live. Apartments are very well-maintained, and all the staff are great. Alex the maintenance guy is also super friendly and works fast. Having lived in Simi for 10 years, this is the best apartment I've lived in.
This is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve experienced. The admin staff is incredible and the maintenance/grounds team is friendly and fast. Angel in the front office has been especially helpful and I sincerely appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much, Angel!
