First time using a compound pharmacy and had a great experience. Staff was super responsive and answered my call to check on status. Even offered to deliver my prescription same day which was super helpful! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will use again!
This pharmacy is amazing!!!! I have never had such a personal experience and the level of care and follow up. They go out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of, my family will be loyal for years to come! AMAZING!
A true neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist is kind, responsive and really cares about the patients. It has been a long time since I had a good experience, let alone such a wonderful experience with a pharmacy. Will definitely be coming here again and would recommend Rancho Pharmacy to anyone who is tired of pharmacies that don't answer calls, don't answer questions and overall, just don't seem to care about their patients.
It was very clear she was there to help me and make herself available to answer every single last question I had. Overall the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I even plan on coming here for Tylenol because she was just that awesome.
