I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Ordered a vanity from this merchant through a second party business. Delivery was scheduled for 45 days after I ordered. Long story short, did not receive vanity during scheduled delivery time. Several attempts to contact seller were made by myself and the business I ordered through. Was never able to get a hold of anyone. I do not recommend using this business.
Ordered vanity - once we were charged we were provided tracking - item never shipped. Cannot get ahold of anyone.
I'll review this in two parts. First on the cabinet and workmanship itself....it was well made, stain and colors are beautiful and it's exactly what I wanted it to be...Very happy with my vanity. Now for the customer service issues, yes its very hard to get in touch with them, and yes the phone goes to voicemail, and yes its frustrating...in fact I'm trying to contact them again now to make my second vanity ...be patient, keep trying, it was worth it....at least in my opinion
Calling their number for a couple of days now and all I get is "mailbox is full". Beware.
Placed my order on 8/20/17. Received an email with a tracking number on 8/22/17. I waited until 9/19/17 with no further activity on the tracking number to contact Rancho Collection. The gentleman told me the label was created on accident, but the vanity was in stock and would ship 9/20. I called again on 9/26 asking for an update. The lady told me they didn't have them in stock and to call again at the end of the week. I called again on 9/28, a 3rd person asked me if I had used the tracking number I received on 8/22.
