A nightmare scenario for our family moving into a home that Rancho Coastal Properties manages. Their focus seems to be on savings over their clients. Immediately upon moving in I found mold after I looked under the kitchen sink. RCP said that they were unable to see it because we had a box in front of the cabinet. Mike is an excellent realtor. He truly went above and beyond what we expected throughout the entire process. Stacy has gone above and beyond in managing my mother’s rental property.
