I have been a resident of Rancho Chico Mobile Home Park for 2 years. Rancho Chico has Great management staff. Stephanie and Jesse are professional, kind and considerate. They make sure all of the residents feel welcomed and they even go out of their way if needed. They have added a sense of community bringing residents together for events and contests. I recently had a client purchase a mobile at Rancho Chico. Stephanie and Jesse in the office are very nice and knowledgeable!! Great management team!
Went to pick something up we bought. So do not live there. But it looked really clean. No junky yards. Roads were clean. Seemed like a nice place to live
