One of the best apartments I've lived in, managed well. No roaches, apartments are maintained, safe.
Can find way better for cheaper or around the same price. Was here almost 3 years and was nothing but problem after problem and maintenance will take a whole week to come check, they always say their busy with other request. The first year, the upstairs apartment started leaking water into our unit, it took maintenance 4 hours to come! During our first snow storm on my second year living there our water heater went out, they left us with no heating or hot water for a week. We had to go to another dirty unit to shower. I moved in just last week and I have to say I am very happy with my apartment and the complex as a whole. Marlene and the office staff are exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Staff answered all my questions quickly and made my move seamless. My apartment is clean and very comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained and most importantly, the neighbors I've met are very friendly; a definite plus!
I can't say enough good things about Rancho Carrera! The grounds are impeccably maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas. The management team is incredibly attentive and responsive to any requests or concerns I've had, always addressing issues promptly and with a friendly attitude. Lived here for 1 year. Very peaceful for awhile… we were located on the second floor and started experiencing a severe ant issue. The ants started in my living room, migrated to my daughter’s room, then back to the living room into the kitchen, they were everywhere! on the second floor?! how?!
