I moved in just last week and I have to say I am very happy with my apartment and the complex as a whole. Marlene and the office staff are exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Staff answered all my questions quickly and made my move seamless. My apartment is clean and very comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained and most importantly, the neighbors I've met are very friendly; a definite plus!
I can't say enough good things about Rancho Carrera! The grounds are impeccably maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas. The management team is incredibly attentive and responsive to any requests or concerns I've had, always addressing issues promptly and with a friendly attitude. Lived here for 1 year. Very peaceful for awhile… we were located on the second floor and started experiencing a severe ant issue. The ants started in my living room, migrated to my daughter’s room, then back to the living room into the kitchen, they were everywhere! on the second floor?! how?! Very unprofessional behavior from Marlene Armijo. Multiple times not only did Marlene try and gaslight me, she also bluntly lied. I use to love these apartments. Staff was always helpful and very easy to work with. However, Marlenes behavior was unprofessional and it had a negative impact on my experience living there for the second time.
