These apartments are pretty budget friendly compared to some of the other options in Santa Fe. However I'm displeased with the service team. On a few occasions the maintenance team has entered our home when we're not home, even though we've explicitly told them not to. We had a window repaired and we told them to wait until we would be home on Friday to replace it. We thought that was the agreed plan, but they disregarded our wishes. I have rented for over 20 years through 12 states all over the country, each with a variety of levels in quality and I’ve had my share of bad experiences and having to pay big bucks for half of what I’m getting here! From always having the place well maintained and grounds kept up with to so many small details in providing communications for the community!
