It had been more than three years since the busy carpet zones in my house had seen professional cleaning. The light beige carpeting came out looking almost like new, with no leftover dark spots or anything of the sort. The staff members from Rancho Carpet's & Upholstery Srv, including Maddox and Tony, were professional and managed to complete the job in an impressively short amount of time. They definitely deserve a 5/5 star rating for their service in Rancho Santa Fe!
Nicolas was exceptional. He provided clear explanations, and it was evident that he was highly experienced in carpet cleaning. He did a fantastic job, and showed great patience with my dogs before I had to move them away. I would certainly call on Rancho Carpet's & Upholstery Srv and request for Nicolas in Rancho Santa Fe again.
