Terrible and unprofessional management and owner. Not a friendly place. Park is ugly and has a bad feel. Streets aren't tree lined and they're too wide and not nicely paved and have huge sewer lids everywhere that messes up your car. The clubhouse, pool, and Jacuzzi are old and depressing. There is no hoa or representation on your behalf and yet they charge the highest hoa fees that they can get away with under Oceanside's rent control. You get absolutely nothing for your money.
