We had a horrible experience at this clinic. Looking at other 'one star' reviews, this clinic uses the excuse they couldn't find records under the name of the reviewer. The same will probably happen to me. My last name was misspelled on their records, and even though I corrected them, my invoice for this last visit still had my last name misspelled. I have had nothing short of trouble with this vet in the last few months. The cherry on top was them either being too lazy, or outright refusing to send documents to my insurance company.
