Zero stars would definitely be more accurate. Jonathan wong treats patients like they're stupid, he is extremely disrespectful and rude. He was very late for an appointment then Blamed it on the patient even though they were there on time waiting. And swore. How unprofessional. Will be getting a new doctor.
Dr. Ko is professional and easy to work with. I don’t have the problem with the receptionist that was mentioned in other reviews. My call was answered and I was able to book a time to meet my doctor.
Having been a patient at Ranchlands Medical Centre since my family doctor came to this Medical Centre, I regret to say that my interactions with the receptionist have consistently fallen short of expectations. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with one of the psychiatrist I believe Dr. Khan was his name. Idk if psychiatrist is supposed to make you feel bad about yourself but I just finished my psychiatric evaluation today for ADHD, originally I wanted it to be for BPD but I wanted it to focus on my ADHD first, now I feel ashamed to mention my BPD suspicions after my evaluation.
