Beware of Ranchlands Dental (RD) when they act on your behalf for a dental claim with CDCP. My claim was rejected by CDCP and RD advised me of the amount to pay for the procedure and offered a payment plan. I contacted CDCP directly and they immediately told me to have RD resubmit the claim with further details for "fresh eyes" to review my claim. After the resubmission, CDCP accepted my claim!
