They are family oriented and we buy all of our western wear and things there all the time. Love Mrs. Rita ( Mrs. Ranchland) that I called her, such a sweet Christian lady and her family and I miss Vicki working there forever and love Susan and Ann helping us every time my family goes shopping there. Very good hearted people. I came in with a cinch I had purchased a week prior but wasn't what I needed. Gentlemen let me exchange the cinch, no questions asked. I was in and out in 5 minutes :))
Just spoke with a lady name Ann who was very helpful in finding some suspenders for my sweet husband. Have never been to this store before but I reccommed them highley for great customer service......
