If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I reached out because I was missing items from my order,only to speak to a very rude employee who wasn't helpful at all. The issue was an easy fix but the attitude of the employee was very unnecessary.
Surcheros is one of my favorite places to eat. Every meal is made from the freshest ingredients with their very own unique flavor.
The employees are rude. They will roll their eyes at you. Surprised they didn’t charge extra for asking for bags or forks. Whoever runs this places needs to talk to their employees on how to treat customers.
Second time trying sucheros, first time at this location and we got it for pickup. That was smooth, with the whole app and such. For about 15 dollars each for the bowls, it didnt really feel like a lotta food. My parents bowls meat didnt taste all that good for them, and I didn't seem to get my sauce. The food itself for me wasn't bad, just had a lot of beans and very little meat.
