We have been moved in for a few months now. The people in Texas park are very nice. If your outside, you will always have someone waving to you or saying hello, welcome to Ranchero, otherwise people offering to help. My fiancé had 3 heartattacks before we moved in and they all knew it and were offering to help out, in whatever way possible. Lots of activities for the residents.
