Comfy & Peace of mind I.am a new arrival,I purchased the property on November 2021. The Ranchero Villas is Unique, comfortable with amenities, cleaness, and the most important I have "Peace of Mind".
Run by ruthless, greedy, individuals that will sell anything to you as long as they can make a profit.
We moved here a year ago love our community it's a pristine park so proud to tell people where I live it's a beautiful well kept park great neighbors

I went to visit my grandparents and I was shocked that on lot 733 there is a very large dog and kids and a lot of noice a lot of noice I seen that there was a special place for dogs and no kids because it's a 55 and older park this place sure isn't calm restful or even quiet.
Management lies, cheats people & connives to kick you out. One of our friends had his rent automatically deducted and Ranchero decided they would stop it without telling him to try and kick him out of the park. He had to go in front of the judge in order to make his payments because Ranchero refused to take his payments. Another old man was told that he couldn't sell his share for less than what it cost.
