I always come here because it is only five dollars. But every time I’ve tried to wash my car they are closed. Their website says they are open till 5 and I pull up at 3 and they are closed. They need to either update their hours or hire someone else because obviously they don’t know how to do their job.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Paid for the top car wash to get my tires shined, they did the basic wash and charged me for the full wash. I called to fix the issue, employees are cowards and will just set the phone down on mute without any word and then dodge further phone calls. End of story don’t do business with underhanded cowards. Don’t go to ranchero express car wash.
I love that place. Highly recommend it..
