Our consultant Reid was extremely helpful. Even after we purchased our home he has been helpful answering any questions we have, and offering resources to anything we may need. He was very knowledgeable in buying process and when were asking a million question several times just to get reassurance he was willingness to answer them a million times. He made the over all experience pleasant and we recommended him for anyone coming to DR as he will help especially a new home owner.
I would go with another home builder if I had to choose again. Building was fast, but that came with multiple errors upon our walk through prior to closing. We found even more when we moved in. We had issues with our AC right away. Our lot was not leveled properly so we had drainage issues. We have walls and baseboards that are built at a slight diagonal, such as our kitchen island… there’s stains permanently on our vinyl floors around our kitchen cabinets. Sealant has cracked already. Reid Karstens provides excellent service to customers. He assisted us during our first and numerous visits to the construction site showing the model home and several finished/unfinished homes. He responded to our inquiries promptly. Thank you Reid we are going to have our new home by DR Horton very soon!
