Called to say if it’s walk ins or appointment they said come on in walk ins I drove 45 min when I get there we only accept old clients that’s insane

I am very very very disappointed with the way this place runs their business. They charged $200 to prepare a simple tax return which is fine, but I had to correct Karen Gallegos the first time around because she didn't even ask me simple due diligence questions and just assumed things and filled out my tax return. My fiance even paid extra (I believe $600) to expedite his own tax return. Then 3 months pass by and I still don't have my tax return.
