It's a great facility but the staff appears a little sneaky And now they are aggressive. I explained to Beth that I was short on money and going to be late making the payment. She could care less and told me that my stuff would be inventory within 3 days and fees attached for her legal department to facilitate my inability to pay the rent and it's only been 30 days. I've used other storage facilities where they do not threaten legal action so soon and this disappoints me here at ranch storage where I plan to get in good stan... read more

Very clean unit, pricing is very good and probably the lowest in town. It was a very easy process to get a unit. I highly recommend!
