Disclaimer: I have not officially picked up medication here and will edit this review if needed, but I don’t suspect I will. I called this pharmacy to discuss switching to them. I am sick of the runaround from big chain pharmacies. I had a good pharmacist at CVS but since you can’t even call them directly anymore, I only anticipate these types of changes that put the patient last will continue. Terrible customer service. I think it's because I'm a minority that they refused to help me. I asked very politely about a particular compounded prescription and Ken, the pharmacist, said that he didn't have time to explain it to me because it's common sense.
We were first introduced to Ranch 7 years ago when we moved my Father from Florida here. The Team at Ranch was amazing. John the pharmacist has routinely helped us and vaccinated us. Lately he has been more of an afternoon guy and Keon has been our key contact. A talented pharmacist with great personal skills and emotional intelligence. Ranch is the best kept secret in NE Scottsdale. They also deliver to certain zip codes. Just a great establishment who really care. Just look at the reviews here. Outstanding!
