I called to make an eye appointment. The woman who answered the phone could barely speak English. Then got snippy with me when I kept asking her to repeat herself, in the hopes I could understand what she was saying. Then she began asking for personal information, and I asked why she needed that. Expensive! Bought glasses never got a case, no spray and no rubber holder. Cheap.... Will never return.
