I have been going to see Dr Johnson since the year he opened . He does a great job he is there to work and does a great job . I thank him for finding my illness and sending me to get better help. Don't care how many days he is there l will still go see him , the staff is awsome ,

Went to Ranch eye care for 2nd option.. receptionist was ok but optometrist was horrible..! wouldn't talk face to face.. wasn't friendly in any way and was of no help at all! Will look for diff one definitely..

I called to make an eye appointment. The woman who answered the phone could barely speak English. Then got snippy with me when I kept asking her to repeat herself, in the hopes I could understand what she was saying. Then she began asking for personal information, and I asked why she needed that. Rather than explaining the reasoning, she got even lippier and said, "See, it's easy." Very condescending. They'll never get another dime from me. EDIT: Thank-you for explaining that.
