I don't give many reviews. I purchase this for my wife as a surprise. We take a lot of 2-4 day road trips and i was tired of her old nylon duffel bags. Went with the Sedona Southwestern wool and leather duffel and wool western tote purse bundle. It showed up super fast and the packaging is really nice. Beautiful bags! She is really happy. Quality is excellent! Thank you again. Will consider Ranch Junkie for future needs. Mark D

My husband ordered a bag for me for Christmas. When it came in it was much too large for me. I sent an email asking about an exchange and I got a very quick response from Erin. She even asked for a picture of the wallet I received so she could match the new bag to the wallet. Once they received my return there was a miscommunication within the store to get my new item shipped out.
