Great clinic with great doctors and great techs. Nowhere quite as well-rounded and willing to take the tricky cases! Great care for all 5 of my dogs, including urgent care, wellness, and dentals/surgery they’ve needed. Dr. Echols, Dr, Hope, and Dr. Pittman are all incredibly talented and considerate veterinarians. Love ‘em!
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic. I left feeling like there was a lack of knowledge and understanding about what was going on with my animal, and I did not feel confident in the care or answers I was given. On top of that, my information was lost by the vets/staff not once, but three separate times. Absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had at a vet. They genuinely had no idea what was going on. I gave them my information on a horse 3 separate times, then wrote it down on paper for them and they STILL didnt have any of the correct information. The vet was too busy texting to help the techs get proper X rays. I waited 2 hours in the parking lot in the hot sun before being seen my appointment was at 930 and they didnt start until 1130. Worst experience ever and Absolutely do NOT recommend
