The crew did a great job on the trimming part but in the process they damaged brand new gutters I had put up the day before. It’s a small dent but nonetheless it’s a brand new system. I have talked to Dale several times. He tells me he will get it replaced. Well that’s been four months ago now and I have to assume it won’t be fixed.
They did a great job cutting down my two trees and trimmed my other trees for free, which was offered during the quote process. However, I have a tree full of bag worms which can kill all the trees and will move around if not removed promptly and correctly. They couldn't reach one web because they didn't bring proper equipment to do so. They climbed on my shed and still couldn't so they just left the largest web.
