Colin was incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. When my garage door springs snapped, he promptly arrived to provide an estimate for just the spring repairs. Eventually, I opted to install a new insulated garage door, along with new springs. I valued the fact that Colin didn't attempt to oversell or upsell any services, and was straightforward about my choices when I expressed interest in an insulated door that mirrored the appearance of my previous one.
