Where to begin? I came after suffering with chronic migraines for almost a year. I’ve self medicated with Tylenol and Ibuprofen to get through the days. My first appt was great. Charged for $250 office visit for an assessment, paid $153 and insurance paid the rest. I had a credit or should have. Sent me for an MRI early June and blood work.
