My first visit was 4/6/2026 after an on-the-job injury dated 3/9/2026. My employer sent me to Rance Wilbourn due to a head injury. If possible, I would have rated him "0" stars. At that time, I was suffering with headaches, dizziness, tingling, sharp shooting pains in my head, eyes sensitive to light and much more. Dr. Wilbourn is fantastic, knowledgeable and kind and I have absolutely NO complaints about HIM; however I have requested my records be transferred to another neurologist because of the inefficiency of his nurse and scheduling department and total confusion of the office staff in general!!! What a shame!
