I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the customer service at Ranalli’s has really been poor the last few times I’ve ordered from them. Tonight I placed an order through the Toast app. When I arrived to the restaurant, one of the workers informed me that the app was down and they likely didn’t receive my order. Instead of helping me figure this out, she moved on to the next customer to begin taking their order as if she were done with me. I then asked another worker if he could help me. My ultimate favorite place to eat, drink and unwind. The service is great and the owner is so kind we always have a great time here. Pizza is yummy, and drinks are great. A must visit when you want a nice cozy restaurant with yummy foods, you can sit outside or indoors to watch your favorite sport game when in season..
I worked here briefly. Upon being hired, the owner told me that the entire kitchen staff was not my friends and named two specific people who would try to sabotage me while I worked there. When I felt that, that is what was happening, she then proceeded to scream at me and threatened to fire me even though I was going off of what she told me would happen.
