My dad is a patient. Worst physician and staff we have ever dealt with. It literally kills them to answer a phone, and when it goes to voicemail, "please do not leave a message" is heard. The pharmacist can't even get in touch with them, unless they fax them, then medicine suddenly is ready for pickup. Don't get me started on the secretary, so rude and hateful. Shew! I was referred but there will be no next time.
Im not sure how else to rate Dr. Rana Honestly i wouldn't have even left one star if i didn't have to because I've personally at 41 years of age have never met a more insulting and cold person than this man! I had really serious seizures and was referred! Hes one of the only neurologist in my area and I do need help but i just pray i can find someone else. Nobody should have to go through constant insults and repetitively being accused of lying ( accused of being an alcoholic at least 10 times.. calling me a lier to my face ... read more
T Rana treated my family member so rudely in front of everyone in the waiting room. I also feel he violated HIPPA laws. He declined her case after the expense of a rescue squad transport. He was very arrogant and unconcerned and gave no guidance on seeking treatment.
I DO NOT like this doctor he is so rude!!! WORST bedside manner EVER!!! I would give him a no star if I could!!! He basically called me a liar about ALL my medical history and go figure I did blood work and have several things wrong and recently showed for Lyme Disease and he is postponing my treatment and claiming that I need to go to cdc which is crazy!!!
