Super impressed with Dr. Rana. He was very thorough and his staff was kind and helpful.

He's just fine as a cardiologist, but his office is a hot mess. I'm completely out of a medication and have been trying gor days to get him to call it in. He doesn't let the pharmacy send a fax for them but it is absolutely impossible to speak to a live human. You either get an answering machine or it goes to a fax...that we can't use anyway. It's very frustrating.
The wait time was ridiculous. And he was quite rude. When I was fussing about the wait time. We'll I'm a busy man and I have alot of patients and I can have emergency sometimes that I have to deal with. I understand that but don't schedule a time and not be on time. You expect your patients to be on time. So we expect the same respect
