The doctor and the office do not value your time or your health. I had waited for 2 hours without being seen. My appointment was at 12:20, I waited one hour in the waiting room and another hour in a room. At around 2:10, I had enough and was getting ready to leave. The front desk lady tried to reassure me that was doctor would come in 5 minutes so I waited, about another 10 minutes went by and nothing yet. This office is very unprofessional because it’s run by the girls in front desk not by Dr. Rama. They gave my mom 4 months appointment, since they gave my friend 3 weeks appointment even though he called a month after I called!!! I hope Dr Rana will come up with a real explanation or transfer her license to the girls in front desk.
Very bad management my appointment today at 1:00PM I went 15 minutes early to my appointment no one call me and old man had an appointment at one thirty, so he let him in before me.
