I have been seeing Dr Jacobs for a few years now. She is a very. pleasant ,caring, and smart and I trust her . Highly recommend her
Very poor bedside manner to patients who are dealing with something very serious. I wouldn’t not recommend seeing her unless you want to be treated poorly and have crappy care.
I was a patient for 23years, yes please read again 23 years! Ongoing condition, one virtual visit during Covid, then tried to schedule appointment. Was told, because it’s been so long, now a new patient and not accepting new patients. Wow, after what I thought was a truly dr patient relationship, was left with no provider. Found another but how sad after all of these years….. whatever! If after 23 years the doctor or the office has no allegiance, who do they care about? I was with her when she had her first baby!
