I’ve been being treated for a blood cancer by Dr Jacob’s for the past 6 months and couldn’t be happier. Her communication with me has been great. She comes across as stern but answers all my questions. I fully trust her care plan. I love her entire team/staff from the receptionist, blood draw, nurses, PA’s, and the treatment nurses. I’m glad my doctor recommended Dr Jacob to me.
My mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer last year. She is in her 70's and trying to make sense of this very scary diagnosis. The first time we met this doctor I felt something was off. She stood the whole time, didn't make eye contact with my mom and interrupted my mom when she was giving her medical history within 12 secs of her talking. Yes I timed it! My mom tried asking her questions, she glazed over answers then told her she will need to take a 5-year pill for the cancer then sent her on her way. There were serious side... read more
I have been seeing Dr Jacobs for a few years now. She is a very. pleasant ,caring, and smart and I trust her . Highly recommend her
Very poor bedside manner to patients who are dealing with something very serious. I wouldn’t not recommend seeing her unless you want to be treated poorly and have crappy care.
