I had both knees replaced by Dr Schwarzkopf, 8 months apart. In addition to being highly skilled, I found Dr. Schwarzkopf to be forthright and honest. He didn’t say no to my surgery, even though I had a bit of a higher BMI. Since surgery, I have lost 22lbs. I absolutely love his PA Kaitlyn. Dr. Ran Schwarzkopf is the best. I went to him instead of my previous Dr. ( from a different hospital—where I actually work, btw) and it was the best decision I’d made. He’s very professional, friendly and knows what he’s doing. I definitely feel like I got the best type of service and surgery. After a full knee replacement, I didn’t know what to expect— but he was right there, with me every step of the way. Yes him and his PA Kaitlyn got me through it. He puts the work on his PA and then he enters at the end of appointment to shake patient’s hand as if he is on tour. After knee injections, two anti inflammatory drugs, six weeks of physical therapy, MrI/xray, and over the counter supplements, I am still in pain. I emailed him through the portal to only have my message typically answered by PA whom after I pressed for an answer about my several month old MRI results, stated I needed knee replacement. This isn’t the practice for me.
