I went to Dr Tawil some years back. He had become my PC Dr. He moved with notice. This year I went to the Hospital with a COPD attack They told me Dr Tawil was at building 155 and to make an appointment. I went home and made a appointment via computer for June 20 at 7:45pm . On June 17th I filled out the paperwork and paid the CO pay . On June 20th at 7AM his office calls and states that there is a conflict and I will need to reschedule, but she could not do it for me I would need to do it via the computer or call back. Dr.Tawill takes care of my husband with a stroke, now 5 years ago, I have no complaints, he always very polite ,and never left me unanswered, I am grateful to God for the life of Dr. Tawill.... Vanuza Tabeek
Scheduled an appointment one day in advanced just to establish care and get a check up. Show up 30 minutes before the time of my appointment in case I needed to fill out some paperwork. First, the place is nearly impossible to navigate and they are understaffed. I waited in line for ten minutes just to get directions. When I finally get to the doctors office I was told that the doctor has cleared his schedule for the day and claimed they tried to call me. I did not receive a call.
