I was a customer for 2.5 years and was satisfied with their work. But, the last grassl cut I got was way below standard, so l called Angel to discuss a remedy and suggested he come over and see the poor job. He did not come over and he refused to lower the price of the cut. I was surprised at his lack of trying to rectify the problem for a good customer. My only recourse was to fire Ramys and post this notice.
