negative stars for this garage- AKA RAMYS RIPOFFS. I called them and ask them how much to replace a sunroof on a Mercedes Benz G500, they gave me a run around and it took nearly 3 weeks to get the vehicle back. They charged for taking apart the headliner and taking the sunroof tray out. When I got the vehicle back it wasnt even touched. I took the sunroof tray out myself to examine it, which only took me a day, and they even sent me pictures of the one they said they took out and it looks nothing like the actual one. We just had our son's car repaired from a collision and when we got it back, several things were overlooked when they put the car back together. 1, the headlights no longer work. 2. We have emblems missing. 3. There is overspray where they painted the car. 4. The driver side window didn't get reinstalled the correct way, now will not roll down. My name is Johnathan Thomas. My wife had a minor wreck in her Dodge Durango SUV. Every place I took it to for an estimate gave a very high and unreasonable price. I then took it to Ramy's and got a great estimate and great work as well. I could not tell where the dent was and the paint job was flawless. Mr. Ramy also went above and beyond and painted the back bumper at no extra cost. I recommend Ramy's to anyone who wants quality work at an affordable price.
Ramy's Garage is like no other body shop! I've been to this garage plenty of times. I brought in my Mazda 6 in for a windshield replacement and I can honestly say it was STRESS FREE!! I met Ramy himself and he quoted me a reasonable price compared to everyone else I called about windshield repair. It only took about an hour or so and I was on the road again. Very satisfied. Highly recommend. I had to change my front & rear bumpers and most important is to adjust the hood frame as it swayed because of the accident. Bumpers changed with new ones and front hood frame is adjusted as new.
