Got to clinic at 9:00 am everyone was nice till I got receptionist Slyvia. Gave my name and she immediately said you missed your appointment it was at 9;00. I didn't appreciate the way she stood up waved her finger in my face when she said that.
I have been with Dr. Undamatla for several years, and she has worked with me to get my A1C into the 5's (Yes, I said 5), the most recent a 5.4. I respect her, and I know that she respects what I have to say as well. That is very important in health care. Her team is top notch as well.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Undamatla as my physician. She determined that I have Type I Diabetes instead of Type II, which I was diagnosed with and being treated for by my previous doctor. I also have Addison’s Disease, in which she is very knowledgeable. She asks many questions and listened to all that I had to say.
If I could give this doctor less than 1 star I would. If you care about yourself or your thyroid whatsoever, do not go see this doctor. She is passive aggressive, she doesn’t check all of your levels, just puts you on a pill that doesn’t even work. My levels have more than doubled since seeing this illiterate doctor. STAY AWAY
