Dr came in the ER patient room. Did not thoroughly examine my mom’s eye as he should have. He took the word of a physician assistant that we saw at urgent care days before instead of examining the eye thoroughly himself by putting the drops in and putting the light on to see how many scratches she had or if she even had a corneal abrasion. Didn’t wash hands or wear gloves. Waited over an hour for him to come back to put drops in the eye. He never came.
