Dr Filipcic is very attentive. She listens to your concerns and doesn't brush you off. She makes you feel very comfortable talking to her. She's very caring and understandable. She's one of the best doctors I have had for decades and she has truly saved my life. I wouldn't trade her for any other primary care doctor in the world. Told me they don’t take my insurance, but verified with Aetna, that they do, but was told by the nurse at the front desk that the co-pays were too low, so they are telling me my insurance was not going to pay them enough so they only looked at my Medicare card and NEVER entered my Aetna Advantage info. I highly recommend you look elsewhere and this office and Dr Filipcic “total money interest and not patient care interest”. Sad, but true imo.
I received an alarming diagnosis during an exam and was basically ghosted. She told me there was something she could prescribe and proceeded to prescribe nothing. Left the exam room, never returned and never responded to messages. If you have serious health concerns I would suggest finding another primary care physician.
I rarely write reviews, but I find it that it's my duty to say a few words of endorsement on behalf of this excellent physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Filipcic for more than five years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a capable physician with excellent bedside manners. Dr. Filipcic allows the time needed to understand your case, is patient and flexible, and her approach is comprehensive, thoughtful, and something else - responsible!
