We purchased a home in the Meadowview Estates in Atwater, CA approximately 2 years ago. The home is currently only 5 1/2 years old. We started seeing discoloration in our baseboards next to the primary shower, which was considered an upgrade when the home was built. We contacted our home warranty people as well as our home insurance people to inquire what they can do to keep the mold from growing.
