I am living at the property at 202 W Columbia. They started showing the apartment 6 months before the lease was up (they came in person during COVID to show the apartment). Then they rented the apartment to someone else for the following year without letting me know first. I found out it was rented to someone else when I tried to renew the lease. The good news is I still have 5 months to look for an apartment because my lease doesn't expire until then.

I just moved in to my new apartment two weeks ago and the apartment was absolutely filthy. There was hair in the cabinet drawers, the blinds where all dusty and spiderwebs all over the place. The carpet was "cleaned" and it seemed fine until the shampoo smell went away 3 days latter, and now it has a filthy smell. I sent a feedback to then requesting the carpet to be replaced and they said all they can do is to clean the carpet again (why clean a carpet that was already "cleaned" a week ago???). I just want to move to a bigger apartment, because I need a office with this pandemic. but no, they can't change your lease even if you will pay more. Came on, a bit of flexibility on this times it will be nice.

I haven’t been renting with Ramshaw for very long, but the staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming so far. Also, I submitted a maintenance request recently and they came out and had the issue fixed within the hour. The maintenance guy was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Ramshaw is a great company to rent from. Every time I request maintenance they are quick to respond and are open to hearing my complaints and questions. The maintenance staff is very friendly and are always willing to help fix anything else that might need it when they come. The staff at the office are professional and good hearted people and I recommend them to anyone in C-U. You can tell they do care about their tenants.

Terrible!! My kids rented from them. They never signed a contract, when they wanted to move, after purchasing their own home, Ramshaw told them they would have to continue paying u til the lease contract was up or continue paying until another tenant took over the lease. They had no legal right! They were horrible! They should be ashamed of themselves! My kids are hard workers and going through school. PLEASE!!! NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!

I have been very impressed with how fast Ramshaw is to deal with maintenance issues. We have had a few emergency and non emergency things that needed attention and they have been easy to contact and fast to get problems resolved.
