I absolutely loved staying for a week in the Ramsgate Hotel. The environment was very friendly, the staff very attentive specially the housekeeping team, Christine, and the receptionist guy that helped me when I left my keys in the room. The amenities where very clean, the bathroom were always spotless, the common area with a microwave, hot water, bottled water, coffee and tea and a terrace to enjoy the view. Great food, great service, parking is a nightmare, Overall the experience was great.
Loved it. I'd happily stay there again.
I paid $472 for two nights which was paid on booking.com I had the receipt though the hostile staff twice accused me of not paying first one night then the next day the whole booking $472 they wanted extra payment in which I believe was attempted extortion or fraud.Worst experience with hotel staff in my life.They only provide one room card for two people when I requested another one they were hostile and attempted their fraud .
