When I first went in everyone was super nice and respectful. They told me that what I needed would be a 50/50. When the shop Forman called (Erin) was completely rude and disrespectful. Thank you to the guys I met in person and the lady at the front desk. As for Erin I hope you have the day you deserve.
Worst customer service ive ever seen. Talked to one of the floor guys he was. I told him him what i needed done wrote it all down the manager was another story. He was rude. Acted like he didn't want my business. Told me he would get back to me refused to give me a price or a time frame. After 3 weeks i went to his competitor. They were happy to have me as a customer.
Ordered material in the morning and picked it up ready to go in the early afternoon very smooth and easy process. Will defiantly use again.
