Great food and excellent service!
Our waitress Kristen was great. Very attentive friendly and I loved her interaction. The food was awesome. Very big portions. The atmosphere was like a country diner. The food took me back in time as I thought it was as good as my aunts. The creamed corn I can’t say enough about it. Kristen made sure I had a small container to go with the rest of my leftovers! I will be back I am from Dayton and I will make this trip again just to eat here
Had lunch with a friend at this location last Sunday. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an app, which tasted like dry cornmeal. My friend ordered the Reuben & she was happy with that. I ordered chicken and dumplings but there was no chicken in the bowl & the dumplings were awful. It was obvious the microwave was used as well. Had the kale w/ Mac & Cheese on the side. M&C was the only eatable thing on the plate. I probably should have ordered a burger because this is not the place for country cooking. Our server was nice... read more
