They hire some of the rudest sub contractors! No respect for the neighbors or neighborhood there are working in. Constantly picking their trash that ends up on my property. Music is extremely loud. I have a pretty big driveway so they thinks it’s for their personal use. I have contacted the builder twice with little change of their behavior. My patient has worn thin!! I can’t wait till they are all done and gone!!! Absolutely no respect!!
I purchased a home built by Ramsey & Walker in 2019 and can attest to the great quality you get with them. Ten months in and have had little to no issues with my first brand new home. There was some difficulty with the garage door/interior door not functioning correctly, but between Bobby/Brett, any issues I've had were fixed same day or next business day. They made sure I was happy with my home for a good while after all the paperwork was signed and done.
